Our Process
In selecting emerging and established fund managers, we review prospective teams based on the viability of their investment strategy, the quality of their management structure, and their commitment to long-term investing.
Our process entails:
Identifying Candidates - Identifying candidates from a variety of channels, including private placement agents, alternative investors and current clients/traders with excellent performance and other industry participants that interested in developing their business and raise money. We will actively target advisors/funds in particularly attractive sectors as well as opportunistically pursue available best of class management teams.
Due Diligence - Performing stringent due diligence with respect to investment style, strategy, experience, track record, and risk management procedures. We also seek personal and professional references to gain further insights into the fund manager's history and potential.
Monitoring Performance - Monitoring the investment through regular discussions and tracking performance through quarterly reviews and annual audits.
